Data deletion

Use the customer export, anonymise, and delete controls inside the app where possible. These tools preserve operational history while removing personal data from live customer records.

Send a deletion request through the contact page only if you need help locating data, or if the request spans multiple businesses or source systems.

Business retention settings can automatically anonymise older customers after 12 or 24 months. You can also keep customer data indefinitely if that is required for your workflow.
